On Friday, March 29 at 5:45 p.m., Animas Credit Union will begin converting all Credit Union member and account information to a new core processing system called XP2. The new system will meet the needs of our growing Credit Union and help us better serve you, our member.

All branches will be closed on Saturday, March 30 and Monday, April 1. During the long conversion weekend (March 29 at 5:45 p.m. to April 2 at 8 a.m.) Touch-Tone Teller will be unavailable and Virtual Branch Home Banking will be unavailable. Debit card activity at ATMs (including cash-back transactions at the checkout line) will be limited to $110 a day. Debit card purchase amounts will be limited to $750 when in person at the point-of-sale and $500 when making online or by-phone purchases. If you will need access to more than $110 cash per day during this time, please make that withdrawal before 5:45 p.m. on Friday, March 29. Also, document your account balance prior to 5:45 p.m. on Friday, March 29, since account balance inquiries will not be available using ATMs, Touch-Tone Teller or Virtual Branch Home Banking. We will reopen using the new system on Tuesday, April 2, 2013.

One of the changes you will see within each branch location is the addition of the new electronic signature pads. Instead of signing a paper receipt for the teller, you will sign an electronic signature pad located at each teller station. The receipt you receive will look different as well. You may also notice a change in the look of your account statements and Virtual Branch Home Banking. The menu options have changed on Touch-Tone Teller, so please listen carefully for instructions.

During the course of the conversion process we will work very hard to ensure that you continue to receive timely and friendly service. Thank you for your patience during the conversion. We realize some of the changes will take some getting used to and we welcome your questions. XP2 is a much better system and will help us serve you faster and more efficiently in the future.
